Audriana Rossano is the visionary founder and owner of The Coloroom (TCR), a luxury salon brand specializing in expert hair color and personalized client experiences. Growing up in the salon industry, Audriana developed an early passion for beauty, which she combined with her academic background in Marketing and Journalism from Fairfield University. She honed her expertise through internships with iconic brands like Chanel, L’Oréal, and Harper’s Bazaar in New York, gaining invaluable insight into branding, trends, and luxury experiences.

While studying abroad in London, Audriana conceived the idea for The Coloroom, inspired by a desire to create a salon that blends high-level color services with a lifestyle-driven, fashion-forward approach. She doesn’t do hair herself, which allows her to focus on building the best partnerships between her artists and clients, ensuring each team member thrives and every guest receives an exceptional experience. Known for being trend-thinking, innovative, and fashion-forward, Audriana continuously elevates the salon experience through creative business strategies and forward-looking approaches.

Audriana draws inspiration from Jessica Simpson for leading a women-led brand that celebrates confidence and authenticity. She wants everyone to feel beautiful and empowered, with healthy hair that boosts confidence. Always trend-thinking, fashion-forward, and innovative, Audriana is also expanding her passions beyond The Coloroom by coaching other business owners, helping them start and grow their own successful ventures.
