Growing up in a family that owned and operated successful salons, Audriana was immersed in the beauty industry from an early age. While the salon world always felt like home, she noticed that most salons focused heavily on hair styling and nails, with very few creating a true luxury experience centered around hair color.
While studying abroad in London during her junior year at Fairfield University, Audriana became fascinated by the luxury beauty experiences she encountered. Every appointment felt intentional. From the client service to the atmosphere, she knew she wanted to bring that same elevated experience back to Philadelphia. Her vision was simple: create a salon that delivers luxury without ever feeling intimidating. After earning her degree in Marketing and Journalism, Audriana gained hands-on experience working alongside some of the beauty industry's leading brands, developing expertise in marketing, branding, and client experience. At just 22 years old, she turned her vision into reality by opening The Coloroom.
Today, Audriana has spent more than a decade building a salon that is known for exceptional service and a culture that puts both clients and artists first. Unlike many salon owners, she doesn't work behind the chair. Instead, she focuses on growing the business, mentoring her team, and creating opportunities for every stylist to build a successful, long-term career. She believes a salon owner should be a partner, not a competitor.
Beyond The Coloroom, Audriana has become a trusted business coach for salon owners and beauty professionals across the industry. She has helped independent artists and salon teams improve their marketing, branding, recruiting, and profitability. She also owns a professional beauty distribution company to expand The Coloroom's retail brand and is launching a luxury spray tanning division designed with the same elevated experience the salon is known for. No matter the venture, Audriana’s mission remains the same: to elevate the beauty industry by creating exceptional client experiences while helping beauty professionals build businesses and careers they love.
