Memberships are billed on the 1st of every month. Services included in your membership do not roll over if unused. Memberships may be canceled anytime after your initial 3-month commitment by providing the salon with at least 72 hours notice before your next billing date.

Appointments can be booked online, in-store, or by calling the salon directly. We highly recommend pre-booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred dates and times. Please note: if you no-show for your appointment, the service will be considered redeemed and cannot be reused.

No, memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another client or family member. Memberships are designed exclusively for the registered member to ensure personalized scheduling and service availability.

Yes! You may upgrade your membership plan at any time. Simply contact the front desk at least 72 hours before your next billing date, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
